BRIEF:

How can Urban OM transform their physical yoga philosophy into a unique digital experience?

SOLUTION:

LAGOM - a digital platform that aggregates similar offerings to Urban OM's physical studio to help one achieve the balance that is needed to overcome the stress of urban overload.

PROCESS:

This project was particularly fun and interesting because we were a team of six internationals.  Everyone of us had a different perspective of the world and how to communicate.  Working as part of the team through concept development to delivery, as Culture manager I wanted to keep the team motivated to successfully get through the project.  Luckily we were working for a yoga studio that gave a space to implement mindful practices of stretching, breathing exercises, Team Development Sessions, and a feedback tree to build culture and refocus the team.
