KARLSKRONA MUNCIPALITY 

BRIEF:

To create a space to tell about the local history of the Naval Port of Karlskrona and bring the values that make it a UNESCO World Heritage site.

SOLUTION:

Our team created a multi-station concept for the space that addressed the challenges of getting to know the history, architecture, and culture that makes Karlskrona a UNESCO World Heritage site.  Included in the stations were an interactive booth to help you find interesting sites tailored to one's interests, an interactive map of how the town was built, and immersive experience to take one to different UNESCO World Heritage sites.

PROCESS:

As project manager, my goal was to help the team stay motivated and on track.  Our team proudly work through a non-post-it ideation but rather collaborative graphic ideation.  Our team used Team Development Sessions, Less/More/Stop/Start chart, and a Gantt Schema to refocus and smoothly progress to delivery.
